With a growing patient population, our mission was to establish a hi-tech hospital offering super-specialty services at affordable prices. Our Story
Vijay Polyclinic and Nursing Home, founded in 1994 by Dr. V.G. Kulkarni, has evolved into a 60-bedded hospital, providing top-notch healthcare services to Raichur and surrounding areas.
Inaugurated by Shri Dr. Shivaraj Patil, Honourable MLA Raichur, on July 10, 2016, our hospital boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including:
- Latest Modular OT and Cath Lab
- Fully equipped Surgical ICU and ICCU
- Advanced emergency and casualty services

Expert in treating heart conditions, with advanced training in Cardiology from PGI Chandigarh and experience in handling complex cardiac cases.
Dr. Ajit V. Kulkarni is a renowned Interventional Cardiologist with a stellar academic record. Having completed his MD (Internal Medicine) and DM (Cardiology) from the prestigious Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER-Chandigarh).
He has also been awarded Fellowship of European Society of Cardiology and Fellowship of
Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI, USA)
Dr. AJIT V. KULKARNI has met the international standards and is certified by
SCAI – The Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions of USA for excellence in cardiovascular angiography and interventions.
With experience as Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at BGS Global Hospital and Sparsh Hospital Bangalore, he specializes in:

- Structural Heart Disease
- Pacemakers and CRT
- Rotablation, IVUS and FFR guided interventions
